A little about Tasha: Growing up a dancer, Tasha has always had a strong affinity for movement and music. As many retired-dancer stories go, Tasha found yoga and barre as a wonderful alternative to dance during her college years. She found the benefits to go far beyond the physical aspect and these practices quickly became routine supports to her holistic health. What Tasha remembers the most of her early practice was unexpectedly seeing it spillover into other areas of her life. She felt stronger and more capable physically but also in her work, her confidence, and purpose. She wanted to empower others to find such feelings, and became a certified instructor of barre in 2015 and yoga in 2018. Tasha hopes to create a space where you feel present, grounded, strong, and connected to yourself and community while having fun and not taking yourself too seriously.
