This class is for anyone seated in a chair or wheelchair - no prior yoga experience required. We will move mindfully, stretch gently, and use our breath to relax and focus.
Optional props:
- 2 yoga blocks or two small stacks of books
- blanket or towel
Christine Radice teaches personal empowerment through Reiki, meditation, yoga, and intuition.
Christine is a Reiki Jin Kei Do Master/Teacher, Buddho EnerSense Level One & Two Teacher, and a Registered Practitioner and Teacher with the International Association of Reiki Professionals. She has been practicing Reiki since 2002 and has been teaching Reiki since 2008.
Christine is also a yoga teacher (RYT® 200) offering gentle yoga and meditation classes to individuals and groups.
