The seasonal change from summer to fall shifts our pace and routine: a change that we're often craving; we feel the need to restore ourselves.
Kayla will be offering a class that gives our bodies and minds what it needs: peace, solitude, slowness amidst this seasonal transition.
The first portion of class will be focused in gentle, simple and flowing movement. This flow will prepare and move students into the second half of class which will be rooted in the yin practice. We'll hold poses for a longer period of time to release tension and settle both the body and the mind.
12 rental yoga mats are available—first come, first serve. Products in our store will be 20% off for ticket holders for an hour before and after the class. Sign up here!
Kayla's classes are rooted in free and simple movements and tend to follow a slow and gentle pace. She enjoys supporting students as they learn and explore the proper alignment of each pose while helping them restore, relax, and calm the nervous system.
