About 7 months ago we received samples of these delicious coconut snacks, and we put them in our back room for our team members to taste and enjoy. We could not stop eating them! They are made locally with very simple, clean ingredients. One staff member described how it just melted in their mouth, and that they were happily addicted to them. This traditional authentic signature recipe came from my beloved grandmother, who lived to be 101 years old. She warmly prepared it using only simple, good-for-you ingredients. My mother inherited it and in turn, passed it on to me.
