Well this class may be just the place to start! Krista combines the mindfulness and breath training framework of a Yoga class, with the strength components of mobility training to help you nurture a strong and mobile spine!
Low back pain doesn’t occur in a vacuum, oftentimes the structures around it affect how it functions.
This is why we’ll explore:
1. Hip mobility: Discover available ranges and how to develop motor control and strength within those ranges. Also learn hip lead strategies to support the low back!
2. Core Support: Learn how the way we breath can affect low back pain, and mobility strategies for supporting a strong and mobile 360 core!
This class is perfect for you if you have the occasional low back discomfort or tight hips, and would like to move in ways that nurture these areas and leave your spine feeling strong and supple.
