Meditation for Love and Self-Compassion with Christine Radice

Developing compassion for ourselves through meditation can help us manage stress and lead more joyful lives. 

Reiki Master/Teacher and Meditation Teacher Christine Radice will guide us through several soothing meditations that cultivate compassion for ourselves and others. There will also be time for optional sharing.

No previous meditation experience necessary.


Christine Radice teaches personal empowerment through Reiki, meditation, yoga, and intuition. 

Christine is a Reiki Jin Kei Do Master/Teacher, Buddho EnerSense Level One & Two Teacher, and a Registered Practitioner and Teacher with the International Association of Reiki Professionals. She has been practicing Reiki since 2002 and has been teaching Reiki since 2007.

Christine is also a yoga teacher (RYT® 200) offering gentle yoga and meditation classes to individuals and groups.
