The Wandering Mind - A Self Health Journal Workshop at our Brighton Location!

  • Cambridge Naturals 92 Guest Street Brighton, MA, 02135 United States (map)

Here is your second chance to take this wonderful, thought provoking, community building workshop with Heather Brittain. If you’re like me, you probably have 5+ notebooks that you just couldn’t not buy, and don’t have anything to write in them. If you’re like me, then you’ve always wished to be the type of person that can sit with a pen and paper for hours, scribbling thoughts and ideas, adding charts and doodles, and wishing you could have a consistent journaling practice that is about you and your dreams and goals. All of this is easier said than done, but this workshop provides real world tools you can use to aid your journaling practice. I wouldn’t wait, if I was you!

This class will be held outside of our Brighton location, weather permitting.

Heather is able to put science-backed practices into extremely approachable content that is easily digestible. Participants will receive a 15% off coupon to shop at our store!
