If you've been looking for a fun outlet to cultivate your vision for the New Year, this is a great opportunity to connect in community and be creative! We will gather together and ground in a guided meditation, then spend some time talking about the process of vision boarding. Bring your favorite photos, magazines and mementos to put on your vision board, or just come for the chat and do your board later! We'll spend time working on our vision boards together and end with sharing what each of us is calling in for 2023.
What to bring:
-magazines, photos, images, fabric--anything you want to add to your board!
-scissors
What will be provided:
-posterboard
-pens/markers/pencils
-glue sticks
-tape
-some magazines

Parking: Plenty of street parking. We also validate for the garage behind us, called "Warrior Ice Arena Parking" - the top of the garage says 80-90 Guest st. Unfortunately at this present moment, there is no exact address to type into your GPS to arrive to the garage. Just know that is is directly behind our store, and when you go into it, make sure it says 80-90 Guest st above the entrance.

Courtney is a Personal Development and Life Coach who specializes in the mind, body and spirit connection. She believes in the power of tender, loving self care and has been a student of psychology, spirituality and the mind-body connection for many years. While she is pursuing her Master's in Social Work to become a licensed therapist, she has also opened her own coaching business wherein she works with individuals and couples.
