After the last few years, it's fair to say many of us are likely experiencing some sort of burnout. But what truly is burnout and how is it different from chronic fatigue syndrome? We will explore the underlying mechanisms of chronic fatigue and burnout and how it impacts our body physiologically. During this seminar we will discuss the key nutrients needed to help combat chronic fatigue, the different phases of burnout, and how to integrate various lifestyle strategies to help restore balance in your body. Stephanie’s lifelong dream was to make a difference in the lives of others through opening an integrative, functional nutrition practice. That journey began in 2018 with the inception of Fuel for Life. From a young age, Stephanie knew her love of nutrition and wellness, married with her passion for helping others would always inspire her to make meaningful change in the field of functional nutrition. She uses a root cause, systems-oriented approach to help patients achieve their best health.

Stephanie received a BS in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh and completed her Dietetic Internship through the University of Delaware. She went on to pursue her MEd. in Counseling from West Chester University and her MS in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. Stephanie has also completed the Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner program through the Institute of Functional Medicine providing her with invaluable skill sets to help nurture individualized, patient-centered care.
