Sarah will start the workshop with letting us in on her practice of Facial Reflexology and all that it entails, then demonstration of the techniques will follow. You will get a first hand account on her vision and special approach to Facial Reflexology.
The second half of the class will include a handout on Facial Reflexology protocol, where you will be able to use the protocol right then and there, amongst the participants - or working with the teacher as she will be demonstrating.

She has existed within the realm of holistic health since 2019, and has a desire to share the message of her insights gained overtime by bringing truth into our awareness and guide us in what she believes is the skin care of the future. A true love for all she has learned and practiced overtime brings her to a place where she is ready to passionately spread her work. She's taking it outside of her treatment space in Somerville to grow an understanding of her approach to skin and the alternative modalities available to us that support us individually leaving behind the belief that beauty has a blanket standard.
