Fall Crawl and Sculpt with Katie Cormier presented by Cambridge Naturals

Join Set Wave Collective’s Katie Cormier for a 30-minute high vibe flow featuring yoga-inspired movement, moderate cardio, and sculpting strength exercises. We’ll end with 5 minutes of mindfulness to help embrace the change of seasons and call in all that fall has to offer. Suitable for all experience levels.

Yoga mat encouraged but not required - we will have 10 extras for use, first come first serve. Athletic footwear recommended, especially if you ditch the yoga mat.

My name is Katie Cormier. I’m a certified yoga instructor, a rookie surfer, a meditator with zero chill.

Movement has always been central to who I am, and I'll be a lifetime student of all things fitness & wellness. In addition to curating Set Wave Collective experiences, I teach yoga sculpt at Core Power in Boston’s Back Bay.

I can mark each phase of my life by the fitness studios and wellness practices I loved: what I was learning, which classes brought me joy, and which instructors inspired me. They elevated my happiest times, and got me through my lowest.

Now it's my turn to create that experience for you.
