Flow and Flavors with Cambridge Naturals and Down Under Yoga

A special collaboration with Cambridge Naturals and Down Under Yoga!

Join us for an outdoor yoga and enlighten your taste buds with experiencing the 6 tastes after the class: Sweet, Sour, Pungent, Salty, Bitter, Astringent.

We will meet for a 60 minute outdoor yoga flow led by Angie from Down Under Yoga that will feature a sequence inspired by sunshine, nature, and having fun outdoors. Our practice will be followed by a tasting with a selection of items chosen by the Cambridge Naturals team to highlight their exciting summer selection. As part of the tastings, we will carry over our attention to detail and gratitude as we explore mindfulness during snacking to extract the greatest joy from our delicious gifts.

For Parking: Free Sunday Parking on the street. We can validate for the garage behind us, called "Warrior Ice Arena Parking" - the top of the garage says 80-90 Guest st. There is no exact address to type into your GPS to arrive to the garage, although typing in "Warrior Ice Arena Parking" will get you by it. Just know that is is directly behind our store, and when you go into it, make sure it says 80-90 Guest st above the entrance. When it doubt, call 617-208-8881.

Bio

Angie DiCiccio is a long time East Coaster returning from a recent several year journey in California. She is an engineer by training, an inventor by application, and an enthusiastic community builder by practice. Angie discovered yoga in 2017 in California as a beautiful compliment to her marathon training and laboratory job. This initial seed of inspiration quickly blossomed leading to Angie's journey into mindfulness, meditation, yoga and self-discovery. As a 500 hr RYT, Angie partners with students and community to engineer experiences that invite learning, healing, discovery and growth.
