Grocery: Goodnow Farms Chocolate Ecuador Esmeraldas . Give the gift this year of an award winning chocolate line from Goodnow Farms! They are all amazing, hand-crafted, single origin chocolate, made from their own in-house freshly pressed cocoa butter. The 70% Ecuador Esmeraldas is my personal favorite. Be ready - the chocolate lover in your gift-giving circle will be asking where you got this when they run out!
Lifestyle: Klean Kanteen TK Wide Insulated Water Bottles: I have used this Klean Kanteen bottle for 2 years now, almost everyday. Have not had to replace any parts. It does what it's designed to do, and it does it well. If you can give one gift this year, let it be the gift of a low-waste, high-quality, durable, insulated reusable water drinking vessel so that your loved ones can stay hydrated all year long!
Body Care: Humble Deodorant Palo Santo and Frankincense. Hands down my favorite deodorant to date. I've tried so many at this point, and Humble's ingredient profile is so minimal and gentle. I find it goes on smooth, absorbs well and yes, does what a deodorant should do!
Bulk: Raw Cacao Nibs! I've been snacking on them constantly this year. Through the cacao bean's harvesting and fermentation process (yes, all raw cacao beans are fermented!), they are super packed with vitamins, minerals, theobromine, and they give the body that boost of the feel-good serotonin release which keeps me coming back for more.
Supplements: Cambridge Naturals Brand Green Tea Capsules. It was my goal this year to responsibly and healthily drop down in weight. Alongside intermittent fasting, cycling through keto, and a few dietary restrictions, I took our store brand Green Tea capsules! As far as this area of our health is concerned, I found this store brand supplement to be one helpful addition to the larger dietary/lifestyle changes and supplementary approach to manage weight loss.
