This Monday January 25th to Friday February 5th, we’ll be temporarily closing for in-store shopping (while still open for curbside pick-up and delivery!) We’re doing this for a few reasons:
We have numerous important ‘housekeeping’ projects to complete, that have been too challenging to do while we’re maintaining a constant six-foot distance from our customers.
We’re working harder than ever to make sure our Online Shop provides an even better customer experience.
After an extraordinarily complex year, our team is deeply feeling the need for a ‘reset’, and an eagerness to head into spring feeling more refreshed and recharged. Having space to move around the store and tackle projects in a focused way will be a huge help!
We’re working with a smaller team than usual - and hoping to hire soon - but need to take our time setting up better systems before we do so.
To be perfectly honest, we are very nervous about doing this, even though we know it’s the ‘right thing to do’. Financially, it is almost guaranteed to be a net loss, and so we’re choosing to look at it as an important investment - in our team, in our stores, and in our greater community.
And, to make this time successful, we need your help. By placing an online order for curbside pick-up or local delivery. By placing an order for one of our special curated gift boxes, and having us ship it to your friend or loved one (or yourself!). By sharing your love of Cambridge Naturals on social media with friends and co-workers. By writing us a review on Google or Yelp. And, by popular customer request, buy a ‘cup of coffee’ for our team (100% of those tips are pooled for staff drinks, snacks and other fun things).

Throughout these 12 days, we’ll be sharing a LOT on instagram and in our newsletter - hosting “Ask Me Anythings" with our supplements and herbs teams, showcasing our favorite products, and doing our best to bring you a bit of that in-store experience that you know and love.
We can’t thank you enough for how you’ve supported us over the last year, and we’re excited to be open again to the public in no time. In the meantime, thank you for continuing to show up for small businesses in your community, we are so grateful for you!
