Crystal’s Raw Wildflower Honey
One of my favorite ways to fight springtime allergies is to eat a teaspoon of local honey a day. Crystal's honey is minimally processed, still containing bits of bee pollen and propolis, and comes in a great 5 lb jar that lasts me all spring!

Baggu's Backyard Fruit Mask Set is the safe AND trendy accessory everyone needs this spring. The colorful fruits epitomize warm weather and happiness, while the mask's design is comfortable for most adults and is really convenient for those who wear glasses. I've never had my glasses fog up while wearing these bad boys.

Daydream Dessert Raspberry Almond Ganache
Delectable, irresistible goodness, wrapped up in dreamy packaging. No, I'm not sharing.

Casamara Club Sera Soda
I'm absolutely obsessed with Casamara Club's sodas inspired by Italian bitters. The Sera flavor is bright and fruity, with a floral subtlety perfect for springtime. They're non-alcoholic and low in sugar as well. Honestly, all the Casamara Club sodas are incredible, but the Sera is my favorite.

Vibrant Health Green Vibrance
Green Vibrance is powerful like the spring sun. This powder will light up your days and carry you through to that extra hour of sunlight without a blink. The ingredients list is a library of grasses, fruits, veggies, and much much more. I take this daily to give my day an extra boost of energy and to give my gut extra digestive support. BUYER BEWARE: It doesn't taste great, really at all, but that's how you know its good for you! Remember that old saying, "Happy gut, happy life"?

Host Defense Cordyceps Energy Support
Medicinal mushrooms like Cordyceps have become some of my most important daily supplements. Nothing else I’ve tried has worked to give me a calm full body energy like Host Defense Cordyceps. I have capsules at home and carry a bottle of their tincture wherever I go.

My staff pick is the Panda licorice. EITHER ONE BUT THE OLD MAN IN ME SAYS THE BLACK LICORICE IS THE ONLY WAY.

Brittany Wood Nickerson's approachable and informative book makes it easy to incorporate new practices into my routine as we shift seasons. There are helpful tips and recipes for each month of the year. A favorite tea blend she suggests for March: cleavers, nettle, red clover blossom, violet leaf, dandelion root and burdock root. These herbs support the body's detoxification process--a huge part of moving into spring!

Cocokind Resurfacing Sleep Mask
What better way to slough off winter than fresh radiant skin! Cocokind's Resurfacing Sleep Mask has become a recent staple in my nightly routine. I think 2020 prematurely aged me (or maybe it was not wearing spf for 31 years...WHO'S TO SAY). Either way, fine lines and hyperpigmentation have entered my life. After two uses, I my "11's" were noticeably less pronounced- thanks to the main ingredient bakuchiol, a plant-derived gentle retinol alternative, my skin has been glowing and becoming more even toned & smooth! Obsessed.

Something & Nothing Yuzu Seltzer
This delicious, lightly sweet and perfectly crisp seltzer fills me with so much happiness, and as the springtime evenings get warmer and lighter, will be my backyard hang beverage of choice.

Neighborly Farms Chipotle Cheddar
I've waited patiently these long, dark months for weather that will allow me to pull my little charcoal grill outside and light her up. Now that it's an option, you can bet I'll be coating my cheeseburgers in a bubbling layer of Neighborly Farms Chipotle Cheddar Cheese. It brings the perfect mildly hot bite to burgers, be they beef, bison, or Beyond. We don't stock this variety year-round, so savor the flavor while you can!

Now that it’s bright and sunny out at least some of the time I’ve been making sure to wear this facial sunscreen. (Year round use is obviously recommended, but If I’m being honest I’ll admit that I only ever think to use it when the sun is out). As a pale person who actually had prescription sunscreen as a child, I know my way around this stuff (yes. I extra should use this year round and fully expect to regret not doing so someday). I like this one because it’s SPF 32 and doesn’t feel greasy or gross when I put it on my face. (Please don’t stage a wear SPF on your face all the time intervention for me. Writing this has already convinced me to *try* and do so).

Urban Moonshine Bitters
Bitters are a great way to support your liver and improve digestion. I like to enjoy bitters before a meal or during a meal either straight up or mixed in some sparkling water.

As we begin again to lay down fresh roots, in our raised beds and in our daily intentions, and with the seasons shifting into days of warmer weather and rebirth, my desire to maintain personal wellness and feel good through Spring can not be understated. This Choice Organics Oolong Tea is bold, aromatic, grounding, intentional, full of nutrients and antioxidants, and just the right amount of caffiene to get me through the days ahead, reassured by the fact that with a bit more time and effort staying safe and masking up, everything will get better from here.

CN Turmeric Liquid Veggie Caps
As the weather starts to warm and the outdoors become more and more enticing I am thankful to have this Turmeric in my daily supplements routine. Since taking this regularly (about 8 months now) I have been very pleased with the results. My bothersome right knee is far less bothersome, my restless leg issues have not shown themselves for over 6 months and I think I can even attribute improved gum health to it. Also, it has a very satisfying flavor.

Springtime means flowers and loveliness and sunshine...and being utterly and completely miserable because my nose won't stop running and my eyes feel like they're made of the itchiest wool known to humanity. Except when I take Quercetin, which calms all that madness down. Known to inhibit histamine production, Quercetin is also super high in antioxidants, as well as being anti-inflammatory. It's big time magic.

Spring is around the corner and beautiful flowers will be a trending topic everywhere! Rose is one of my favorite ones and discovering this lovely - fabulous - settling Rose Elixir from Avena Botanicals makes my heart explode out of so much love! The Baggu Tote is the perfect carryall for your spring strolls. It’s light and easy while being spacious enough to fit all your essentials. Bonus: tuck a standard baggu in there for carrying any extra goodies on the way home .

Cookie Pal Pumpkin Chia Dog Biscuits
These Human grade dog biscuits are organic, with very few ingredients, sustainable packaging and.... yummy .....as per a CN staff member ! With Spring in the air, we are seeing a lot more dogs and puppies out and about, walking by our open front door at Porter Square store. We always have a bag of treats at the ready for our four legged friends who unfortunately can’t come into the store (unless a emotional or support animal)
This give all staff an opportunity for a friendly furry much needed "treat" moment. These biscuits are a favorite, as well as the other Sweet Potato & Flax recipe, also ...yummy ...according to same staff member !

Natural Earth Paint Wooden Eggs Craft Kit
When I want a satisfying, savory breakfast with more fiber than your garden-variety poultry egg, I reach for Earth Paint's Wooden Eggs. These handcrafted, sustainable eggs are made of wood rather than... well.. egg, so each one contains 600% your daily value of insoluble non-dietary fiber. It's generally recommended not to eat these, but sometimes, you just need a better breakfast.
I find them almost impossible to scramble, though. :(

Wooden Spoon Herbs Solar Power Energy Tincture
This antioxidant packed bottle goes with me everywhere. Not only for a gentle energy boost, but also to support seasonal allergies, hormonal balance, digestion, and skin. It tastes yummy too! Happy to have these back in stock at both locations.

I am not vegan, but I prefer the taste of this kimchi to others. Recently, it has become a favorite addition to tuna salads. It can be used with almost any meal, assisting in digestion and assimilation of food.

Sprout Living Protein Powder
After emerging from a long winter hibernation, I think it's time to get back on my fitness routine for spring. Longer days, warmer nights, and plenty of sunshine means touching up that winter diet too! I've tried dozens of protein powders over the years and Sprout Living is some of the best. Certified Organic, Sprouted, Stevia Extract free (it uses whole leaf!) - it's simply the best value for the best quality. The 'Greens Kingdom' and 'Coffee-Mushroom' are my favorites but they're all great with a nice oat milk or Grassfed Dairy Milk. All come in packet sizes as well as 1lb bags.
